Applying for an exchange at HEC Montréal

HEC Montréal’s student exchange program is made possible through bilateral agreements between institutions. To come to HEC Montréal as part of an exchange, you must be enrolled at one of the school’s partner institutions.

For information on the conditions and steps to follow to take part in an exchange, contact the exchange program authority at your university. If you are selected by your university, they will send us your application, at which point we will get in touch with you to organize your arrival.

Steps in the selection process

Be careful! Each steps must be completed on specified dates. To find out what the deadlines are, please refer to the calendar of important dates.

 Here are the steps you must follow: 

	1. You have been nominated by your home institution for an exhange at HEC Montréal.
	2. Your application is transfered to HEC Montréal and is reviewed by our office.
	3. HEC Montréal validates your application.
	4. HEC Montréal sends you an email confirming your acceptance to HEC Montréal. You will receive your HEC Student number and be able to download your acceptance letter.
