HEC Montréal offers you the chance to take a 15-hour, intensive French-as-a-second-language course called Break the ice. If you'd like to get the hang of basic French or refresh your memory, take advantage of this wonderful opportunity!
Exchange students are expected to attend two mandatory workshops (given in English). The workshops will begin at 1:30 p.m. Please be punctual.
During the workshop Succeed in my study at HEC Montréal, you will learn lots of useful information about the school, how the university system works, how classes are organized, the grading system and much more.
Right after this workshop will be a conference to help you understand your new multicultural environment and the socio-economic context in Québec. It will give you necessary references to attend your courses without worries and succeed in your group projects.
Afterwards, everyone is invited for a small get together, which will start at 6pm.
We can't wait to meet you!
