All students are expected to be at HEC Montréal for the mandatory orientation on January 4, 2018.

Airport pickup by the HECchange Student Committee. Both days from 7:00 a.m. to midnight.

IMPORTANT - You must bring with you the following documents:

1. Your Passeport (No Copy Accepted)

2. Student permit and/or Visa (if applicable)

3. Credit card / International Bank Card for the mandatory health insurance plan payment - No cash accepted. If exempted from the mandatory insurance, the health insurance required document from your country's social security authority.
