Step 1. On-line HEC Exchange Student application form

Mandatory procedures:

Enter your Student ID and your password as shown here.

• Your Student ID is the number written on your admission letter (8 numbers)
• Your temporary password is your date of birth (YYMMDD)

1. Before your departure, you must complete your exchange student application online. You will find it in your HEC en ligne under the "Academics" section. Once you have clicked on Submit, we automatically receive your application form. Please note that you will be able to consult it afterwards and modify the information you have entered without a problem. In case your application form is not well completed, you will receive an email on behalf of the International Student Affairs Office.
2.  You must also fill your Emergency contact form through your HEC en ligne as explained online.
   

Attention: it is very important to fill these forms before deadlines mentioned above. If you do not fill it, you will not be able to register for your courses.
