Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are sensitive to changes in the economic environment and need to make constant adjustments to maintain their financial health. As they do not always have the means to recruit management teams with a wide range of expertise, their challenge is to set up and manage a governance model adapted to their circumstances, including a board of directors or an advisory board. This seminar will teach you the basics of how to successfully address this challenge and drive home how critical the input of qualified board members is in helping you make major decisions, analyze complex situations and implement effective strategies.
