You will be encouraged to explore your own management style and subjectivity, to leverage your leadership potential and to cultivate your management talents. Drawing inspiration from your fellow participants’ experiences and points of view, you will determine which approaches are the best fit for your objectives and your organizational culture in order to boost the engagement of your staff members and get your business one step closer to its ultimate purpose.
