Some are unaware of the impact of their actions on their co-workers, while others are deliberate saboteurs. The purpose of this seminar is to help you better understand the dynamics of toxic behaviour so you can handle it effectively and protect yourself from the fallout. Armed with this knowledge, you will be in a position to develop various strategies to encourage difficult employees to cooperate and meet performance expectations.
