Day 1

  • Outline the innovation process from a macro perspective
  • Present the six stages of ideation
  • Prepare the groundwork for a creative workshop, based on a hands-on business case
  • Analyze the gap between expected and desired sales
  • Introduce three types of innovation and their importance
  • Develop the innovation objective
  • Stress the importance of finding the right people for a creative team
  • Determine the current situation of the business and trends on the horizon
  • Describe the data-gathering process

Day 2

  • Take part in a reading workshop to nourish creative intuition
  • Learn core principles and guidelines of a creative workshop
  • Hold a brainstorming session
  • Apply various creative techniques
  • Present methods for selecting and evaluating ideas
  • Pick project leaders
  • Outline a business plan for projects with high potential
  • Methodology lectures
  • Presentation of various business cases, using documented examples

  • Meeting with a leader who successfully introduced a new product using the Kinno 360TM approach
