Today’s organizations have no choice but to innovate and reinvent themselves constantly, which makes the development of high-level creative skills all the more unavoidable. Not only are executives required to make use of creativity-inducing tools and techniques, they must also find ways to catalyze creative potential and shape the culture and practices of their teams in order to keep the fires of renewal burning. This seminar has been developed to help you incorporate creativity into your leadership and inspire your staff to follow your lead. You will be encouraged to take a critical look at your current management practices and contemplate the behaviours you need to adopt to remain at the forefront of the ever-changing business environment.
