Workplace disputes are detrimental to a collaborative work environment. They can be a severe impediment to productivity and are often costly, not only financially but also in terms of managers’ time and energy. In fact, research shows that today’s managers spend nearly 20% of their time dealing with conflicts and their repercussions. The ability to resolve disputes is therefore an important part of every manager’s toolbox. By the end of this seminar, participants will be equipped to handle disputes that can otherwise undermine employee performance and morale.

This seminar employs an active approach to learning. Roleplaying, case studies and group discussions will help participants hone their dispute management skills.
