Action learning

Led by faculty members associated with McGill–HEC Montréal EMBA and the MBA program, and guest business leaders, this program boasts a highly practical EMBA-style approach.


Once the training portion of the program has been completed, participants will receive personalized coaching at their place of business to help them implement the action required within their organization to create value and grow their business.


The calibre of the participants will ensure executive-level input. Four business leaders who contribute to our EMBA and MBA programs will also share their experience.

Participants in all of our seminars will receive a certificate of completion from Executive Education HEC Montréal.
