Sylvie Labelle is a seasoned coach, instructor and facilitator at the individual, group and team level. She is the president of CFI Syllab Inc., a consulting firm specializing in Agile leadership coaching, transition management and productivity- and innovation-oriented training and facilitation.
Since 2002, her client roster has boasted some of the country’s top companies. Her public sector clients include over 20 federal departments and agencies, as well as a numerous Quebec ministries and municipal administrations.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and insurance from Université Laval, an MBA from HEC Montréal and a PhD in creative leadership from the Université de Montréal. She also has a certificate in business and industrial trainer development from McGill University and a certificate in professional and personal coaching from Concordia. She has taught at HEC Montréal, Université Laval, the École de technologie supérieure, Concordia and Bishop’s.
She is a Franklin Quest–certified trainer in time and project management and earned her certified coach status (PCC) from the International Coach Federation. She has also studied at Integral Coaching Canada and is a certified Shadow Coach™. In addition, she is accredited by Edward de Bono to teach the Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking courses and is MBTI-certified.
With more than 20 years of experience in executive education and facilitation throughout North America, she has served as the management coach at Bombardier Aerospace, assistant director of the Dobson-Lagassé Entrepreneurship Centre at Bishop’s University and head of IT projects and master plans and innovation strategies advisor for the IREQ/Hydro-Québec production portfolio.
She is a dynamic speaker with an extensive background in business administration. Her publishing credits include a book, book chapter and numerous articles on organizational transformation, change management, coaching, creativity and innovation.
