After writing his thesis on “Web Performance Indicators and Web Analytics” in 2002, Sylvain Amoros worked as an account director and project leader at several Web companies in Montreal. Throughout his career, he has delivered more than 100 large-scale search engine marketing and social media campaigns for such clients as Domtar, Bell Canada, TD Insurance, Hydro-Québec, Reitmans, Government of Canada, Government of Quebec, Reliance Protectron, Lancôme, IKEA, Disney, Tourisme Montréal, General Motors, Nike, Playstation and MySpace.
As an entrepreneur, he launched his first Web company, Teksteel, in 2005. Tekseel specialized in Web analytics and search engine optimization. After two years, the international communication firm Cossette acquired the firm.
In 2010, Sylvain Amoros launched a new company, Konversion, with partner Thomas Champeval. Konversion is dedicated to transforming visitors into customers through search engines, Facebook and media buying.
