Richard Blain heads HEC Montréal’s certificate program for human resources management. He teaches a number of courses and manages a team of approximately 20 lecturers dealing with HR-related topics (HR strategy, recruitment, skill development, collective bargaining, compensation, etc.).

He specializes in business administration and has significant expertise in HR management, operations management and general administration. Over the course of his more than 25 years in business and consulting, he has developed and implemented HR engagement strategies that have improved efficiency and customer service performance.
