HEC Montréal professor Céline Bareil contributes to both the Centre d’études en transformation des organisations (CETO) and Pôle santé HEC Montréal. Her particular focus is on projects involving change and organizational transformation, individual concerns in change scenarios, solutions to human problems and organizational development.

Prior to this, she worked in the field of organizational development with several major corporations, where she played a role in initiatives related to continuous improvement, technology shifts, training and executive development.

She is the author of Gérer le volet humain du changement, which earned an award for the best human resources management book in Quebec in 2005.
