Prerecruitment sessions for students

On-campus recruiting usually takes place during the Fall session. It is the process by which companies set up prerecruitment sessions and post job offers specifically targeted for that current year's graduates. Usually, the employment date is anticipated for the following Spring.

Our Career Management Services takes care of the logistics and advertising for the companies who wish to promote their products and services and to outline their employment needs. During these prerecruitment sessions, students can meet with company representatives and find out about the career opportunities available to them in their fields of interest.

Services offered include:

  • Conference room reservations at HEC
  • Audio-visual equipment reservations
  • Catering services, if required (at the company's expense)
  • Advertising of the event with the intended audience
  • Interview room reservations at the HEC
  • Confirmation of interview times with the selected candidates
