Headhunters - Description (All-inclusive Annual Service)

Congratulations! You have chosen an option which gives you direct access to qualified candidates, with experience or beginning their career, whether they are looking for a job or not.

Your search can be conducted by using up to nine selection criteria:

• Number of years of experience
• Academic programmes
• Languages
• Associations and professional corporations
• Types of employment desired
• Fields of interest
• Preferred areas of activity
• Preferred geographical areas
• Annual salary desired

This research tool enables you to specifically focus on candidates who meet your selection criteria.  Further to this search, a mini-profile of the candidates who meet your criteria will be posted on the screen.

The mini-profile to which you may have access with the Headhunters option includes, for each candidate who meets your selection criteria:

• The number of years of full-time relevant experience
• Academic programmes: majors and date of graduation
• Work experience:  positions held, sectors of activity and period of employment
• Language proficiency level

If the selected candidate agreed upon registration to disclose his identification, you will have access to the candidate's name and telephone number. You will then be in a position to contact the candidate of your choice directly to obtain additional information on his qualifications and interests.

If the candidate has not agreed to disclose his identification, you will receive a message asking you to contact the Career Management Services counsellor who will follow up for you. This option allows us to guarantee the confidentiality of registered candidates who did not authorize the disclosure of their candidate profile.
