Financing of Student Activities

Associations and interest groups recognized by HEC Montréal can make a financing request to the School in order to help them carry out their projects and activities.  

Thanks to the Fondation HEC Montréal, which maintains privileged ties with HEC Montréal graduates and corporations, the School can contribute financially towards the execution of student projects and activities. 

Now is the time to submit your financing requests to the Fondation HEC Montréal and the Fonds Leadership !

Deadline for deposit : September 19^th, 2011 

Evaluation criteria for academic or professional competitions:

• Competition's reputation, namely on an international level
• Number of HEC Montréal students participating in the competition
• Previous results of participating HEC Montréal teams
• Discounted revenues other than the financing requested to the Fondation HEC Montréal and the Fonds Leadership
• Support of at least one HEC Montréal teacher

Evaluation criteria for other student activities:

• Project goals and objectives
• Targeted clientele
• Impact on the HEC Montréal student community (number of students reached by the activity)
• Number of students involved in the project
• Visibility the project brings to HEC Montréal
• Sustainability of the results
• Discounted revenues other than the financing requested to the Fondation HEC Montréal and the Fonds Leadership
• Budgetary balance
