HEC Montréal students can benefit from some services offered to the general public by the Service aux étudiants de l'Université de Montréal and must pay the general public fee for these services. However, for some services, students may request a reimbursement for the difference between the general public and the student fee.

+  Reimbursement policy

The reimbursement total is granted in accordance with the number of credits in which the student is enrolled at HEC Montréal. Any student enrolled in 12 credits or more will be reimbursed for 100% of the difference between the 'general public' price and the Université de Montréal student price. Any student enrolled in less than 12 credits will be reimbursed in proportion to the number of credits in which he or she is enrolled. Reimbursements are made only after course withdrawal deadline has passed. Only original receipts are accepted for reimbursement. No reimbursement will be granted for service cancellation fees, or for requests that are a year or older.

Please note that only the physiotherapy services offered by Université de Montréal's Student health services are eligible for reimbursement. The services offered by the sports medicine clinic are not reimburseable, since HEC Montréal students pay the same fee as Université de Montréal students.

Examples
Here are a few examples to show you how the reimbursement policy works. Fees listed here are for example only and are subject to change.

  1. General or specialized medicine
