All students are billed student services fees.
These fees are compulsory and billed to all students under the terms of an agreement between HEC Montréal and the student associations authorized to represent students in the school’s various programs.
If you have any questions regarding these fees, please contact your student association.
This voluntary donation is supported by the Fonds leadership (the permanent committee of student association presidents).
This donation is deductible under the terms of the Canada Income Tax Act and will appear on the student’s federal and provincial tuition tax receipts (T2202A and Relevé 8, respectively).
You have the right to withhold your contribution to the fundraising campaign by sending written notice of such, before paying your invoice, by e-mail to email@example.com. You must include the following information: your name and HEC Montréal student number, and the term to which your request applies.
By paying your invoice in full, you agree to contribute voluntarily to the fundraising campaign.
At the request of the student associations, these fees are billed to all full-time and part-time students.

For more information, see the Student association health and dental insurance fees section.
We recommend that you pay your tuition fees minus the insurance premium amount.
Once a week, the ASEQ sends HEC Montréal’s Accounting and Treasury Services a list of students who have withdrawn from the plan. Only at that time will your file be updated in HEC en ligne.
