In this section you will find practical information about your HEC Montreal studies at USEK.

We encourage you to have a look at the guide for new students to find out more about your program and what goes on at the start of the term.

You are in an Hybrid program which means that you will have in-class courses and e-learning courses. The professors will maximize the use of technology in courses that require it and in all other aspects of student life.

As such, all students are required to have a laptop computer.

Access to HEC en ligne

To open a session:

1. 1. Type your HEC ID student.
   2. Type your general HEC password in the appropriate field. Your password is the same as the one used to access your HEC Montréal e-mail and agenda applications.
      If you have never changed your password: by default, your password is your birth date in the format YYMMDD.
      • The last 2 digits of your birth year
      • followed by the 2 digits of your birth month,
      • followed by the 2 digits of your birth day
        If you encounter problems or have forgotten your HEC ID or password, contact the Registrar.
