Criteria of eligibility

+  B.B.A.

Earned 84 credits or more, including credits for the 2018 winter trimester. 

The convocation ceremony brings together students who have completed their degree in fall 2017, winter 2018 and summer 2018.

+  Certificate and Bachelor in Management (B.Gest.)

Be awarded a diploma in automn 2016, winter 2017 or summer 2017 of a Certificate or a Bachelor in Management (B.Gest.)

+  Specialized Graduate Diplomas

Be awarded a diploma in automne 2016, winter 2017 or summer 2017.

+  M.Sc. and Professional Masters

Be awarded a diploma in automn 2016, winter 2017 or summer 2017 of a M.Sc. or one of the following Professional Master :

  • Master of Laws, Taxation option (LL.M.)
  • Master of Scinece in Electronic Commerce
  • Master of Management in Cultural Enterprises
  • Master of Management in International Arts Management

+  MBA

Be awarded a diploma in automne 2017 or winter 2018 or finish the program in summer 2018.

+  EMBA

Be awarded a diploma during the 2017-2018 academic year.

+  Ph.D.

The convocation ceremony brings together students who have completed their postgraduate studies in all the faculties and schools of the University of Montréal.

Nice-to-know

  • The invitation is send by mail (postal address indicated in your HEC en ligne) and by email to your @hec.ca address;
  • The graduate ticket is free;
  • The guest ticket has a fee ($40) and limited to 3 or 4* guests per graduate who has register to the event;
  • Graduates must arrive one hour and a half prior to the ceremony to get their cap and gown et to be place in the correct sequence to enter the Convocation hall in a a formal procession;
  • Graduates and guests are not seated together during the ceremony;
  • The ceremony lasts approximately two hours. Out of courtensy for all graduates, we ask that you and your guests stay seated for the entire ceremony.
