Payment - in Canada
Banks and credit unions (Please allow seven (7) days for your payment to be processed.) Use the online Bill Payment service Select the “Add an invoice/supplier” option Select HEC Montréal from the existing list of companies and suppliers, or type HEC Montréal as a supplier name Specify your eight-digit HEC Montréal student number as your account or reference number Personal banking (on presentation of your invoice stub)

Deadline

For more information please consult the academic calendar.

A penalty is charged for all amounts remitted after the deadlines mentioned above. These fees are $25 plus 3% of the unpaid balance by semester.

Refund

The student who has a credit balance can ask for a refund at the Information Counter of the Office of the Registrar or send his request by email to registraire.facture@hec.ca, specifying the following information:
