Do you have a professional goal?

Even before considering a job search strategy, you have to clarify your career goal. Having a clear goal allows you to direct your actions and efforts towards that goal; otherwise, you risk getting lost along the way, wasting time, or being left behind.

Our guidance and career management professionals can help you take stock and evolve in your reflective process, so you can determine your options and:

  • specify your interests, needs, values, skills, and personal characteristics;
  • better understand the realities of the labour market in the management field which interests you;
  • define the skills required by employers and their actual needs ;
  • prepare for a career change;
  • confirm that the training you chose or want to choose complements your professional experience and acquired skills;
  • think about and establish a career development action plan within your organization.
