Study rooms (cubicles) are available to all HEC Montréal students. 

• Reserving study rooms

Rules governing use of study rooms

• No individual or team may reserve a study room for more than 4 consecutive hours per day,
• Due to the limited number of study rooms, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation if you will not be using it,
• Reservations may be made up to 8 days in advance,
• HEC Montréal faculty and executive education staff have priority with respect to study room use.
