En 2009, l’évènement fut organisé par l’association des MBA - AEMBA - et Net Impact de Mc Gill. Cette conférence intitulée “Au-delà de la responsabilité sociale de l’entreprise” visait à présenter aux jeunes gestionnaires de demain les multiples façons de combiner des pratiques durables avec une stratégie d’entreprise viable. À démontrer que profitabilité et responsabilité sociale ne sont pas des concepts mutuellement exclusifs, et qu’il est de fait essentiel de laisser une plus grande place aux aspects environnementaux et sociaux lors des décisions d’entreprise, notamment en contexte de crise financière.
